Glass Enamel earrings made by fusing glass over fine silver in a kiln. The silver has an etched texture, which is visible through the transparent glass. This technique is known as Basse-taille. The colours are shades of pale blue with darker blue details. There is pale blue counter enamel on the back.
Each pair of earring will be made to order from scratch. Due to the handmade nature of these earrings, there will be slight differences in the details. Also - these are nicer in person, the pictures don't do them justice!
Enamel is quite hard to photograph, as colours change so much according to the light. These pictures were taken outside in natural light, in the UK Autumn. The exact shade may change according to your monitor settings.
